PT Artha Karya Pasifik offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur due to the calibration and settings of individual screens.​

In order to place an order through, you must use a valid payment method accepted by the Service with full authority to use it. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. We use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to allow you to make payments. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processor. By choosing to purchase products through our Services, you agree to pay us and you authorize us to charge through the Payment Processor.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or transaction at any time, in our sole discretion. For example, we may choose to not process or to cancel your order when a product is out of stock or has been mis-priced or if we suspect the request is fraudulent. If we decide not to process your order or if we cancel all or a portion of your order, we will either not charge you for the applicable item(s) or provide you with a refund for the applicable item(s).

The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, your use of the services and content is entirely at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree that you will be responsible for your use of the Services, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UMA Entities from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to, use or misuse of, or alleged use or misuse of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms or any representation, warranty, or agreements referenced herein, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; or (iv) any disputes or issues between you and any third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (and without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to such matter), and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to you, and shall not include any consequential loss. We cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on this site or written communication from us.
